Delivery


Orders are processed Mon-Friday (Excluding bank holidays), any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
All orders are sent via a tracked and signed for service.
DPD Next day option for next day deliveries or if unavailable an alternative next day service will be provided.
Once dispatched delivery times are scheduled but cannot be guaranteed, should there be a delay due to the courier we cannot be held responsible but we will look to rectify in as timely manor as possible.
Please note someone will be required to sign for your goods, should you wish to be left in a safe place, you need to request this via email or include in the notes section. 
Should you request delivery to a public place (post office/business etc) that is not your exclusive residence or workplace, you are responsible for the item in the event of any loss.

Refunds


We are happy to refund any product sent back to us in original sealed condition, minus any post and packaging fees incurred.

If you wish to cancel your order once already dispatched, prior to being delivered, we can arrange your items to be returned to us, which will incur an additional charge of £4.99.


Replacements/Exchanges


Any faulty/damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, which we will be happy to replace or refund once an investigation has been escalated and the original sealed items are returned. Should the items be damaged in transit we will of course replace providing the damage has been reported in a timely manor.

Any orders that are reported lost need to be reported within 14 days of the original order.

Any items you wish to exchange, of course we will be happy to accommodate this, providing the item is as new, not used, sealed (If applicable)

Please note, P&P charges to exchange items and have alternative items dispatched, are at the expense of the customer. 


Cancelations


Orders may be cancelled at any point prior to items being processed (usually within 2 hours of your order being placed), once dispatched if the customer still wishes to cancel, they may send back to us in original sealed condition for a full refund, minus any post and packaging fees &  10% restocking admin charge.

The customer must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase and the items must be returned within 45 days of the date of purchase. Items must be unused/untampered and the inner outer seal intact.

The customer is responsible to send the product back to us in a secure manor
