  • Report faulty/damaged/products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement/refund and investigation purposes. After this window we will be unable to deal with any claim.
  • Missing Items need to be reported a maximum of seven days after delivery to enable us to take any action
  • Exchange possible for unused, sealed items (P&P at customer's expense).


  • Orders can be canceled before processing. Once dispatched, return for refund (minus fees) which include a 10% restocking fee and P&P costs.
  • During Black Friday/Cyber Monday period with order volumes being vast, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order, after this point we will be unable to cancel your order.
  • Contact within 30 days, return within 45 days, unused and with seals intact. Customer covers return shipping.
