Honest review around 10 days in, first 3 days gave me really bad anxiety similar to beer fear and had night terrors? Never have either of those but subsided after 3 days. Definitely bigger had a few people comment that I looked bigger I can definitely see it. My sleep has worsened on this, I sometimes have achey balls (similar to blue balls?) and mild headaches, I also am very hungry and have been eating more than usual but haven’t put any fat on just muscle, after eating I’m feeling really full and bloated for a lot longer than usual actually feels like I have hgh gut sometimes. All in all great product, I’ve taken it mainly to build strength around my ankle and recover faster as I’m doing rehab for ligament tear and joint damage. Been training twice a (1/1.5hr cardio-row/ski/assltbike and 1.5/2hr gym or climbing)day and don’t feel as burnt out as I normally would, I do think it’s negatively impacted my cardio not massively but noticeable, I do a lot of cardio and just feel more out of breath even between sets on gym workouts. I would recommend this to for reasons such as mine or just getting big, I’m also taking fadogia agrestis, turkesterone and tongkat ali alongside it.
